Why Meditate?

Great paintings, haunting music and poems, healing systems, beautiful buildings, breakthroughs in science: all of these and many other human endeavours come far more from the co-creative work of inspiration than from any activity of the mind. And in-spiration is literally the drawing in of the Spirit that keeps us alive from one moment to the next: the moment-to-moment action of the breath is our connection with Spirit, or Source. The deeper its energy and intelligence enters your body – the vehicle of your soul – the more fluently the spiritual qualities such as creative power, wisdom, compassion, patience and peacefulness flow through you.

It is often said that in Prayer we are talking to God and in Meditation we are listening to the answers. When we are anxious or stressed, talking tends to come easily, while listening may not be so easy; and the less we feel heard, the harder it becomes for us to listen to ourselves or to others. Real listening asks us for stillness, and in the fast pace of our contemporary societies, that stillness – the state of being that we need the most – can paradoxically be the place that is hardest to find.

The benefits of regular Meditation are wide and deep-reaching, however, and the scientific research of recent decades has clearly demonstrated the links between Meditation and mental clarity, emotional wellbeing and physical vitality. So our Guided Meditation Audios support you in reaching that place: they work with the high frequencies of Metatron to amplify the flow of energy through your body and mind, slowing your breath, the gateway to Spirit, and restoring the natural  connection of your Mind, Body and Soul.
